I purchased a SUV at $21000, 800 miles off the lot my check engine light came on and a belt went out. When I told the salesman about the situation he tried to fix the situation the best he could but was check engine light came on and a belt went out. When I told the salesman about the situation he tried to fix the situation the best he could but was ignorant about what he could do so he had to ask a manager. The manager had no empathy and wouldnt help fix the situation the way it needed to be. He was very unprofessional and not understanding of the fact I just purchased a car that is supposedly inspected, broke down 800 miles off his lot. He never went above and beyond like a manager should in a situation that he could have fixed. He Had an I dont care attitude and dont bother me demeanor. He just simply said there is nothing he could do, No apology or concern or even a regret for selling something that definitely isnt what their standards should be set at. I paid for all the repairs , conveniently it wasn't covered in the warranty for a $21000 vehicle? I do not recommended this dealership or their customer service. On a side note the car I traded in was a 2005 RX-8 that they only gave me $7000 for and said that is all it is worth. Was on the lot for a listed $15000. WOW!! Im just blown away at how dishonest that is and how they are cheating the consumer. I went to Mazda for all my oil changes and maintenance, I will never go back!! More
Each employee we worked with on our purchase was conscience about explaining every part of the process. I was confident I know what I was getting into with regard to purchase price interest rate, l conscience about explaining every part of the process. UPDATED REVIEW - I must say that after talking with Todd in the finance dept. all questions have been answered and understood. Part of the issue is how "included" is understood by the customer; it does NOT in the finance dept. all questions have been answered and understood. Part of the issue is how "included" is understood by the customer; it does NOT mean included in the price of the car, but included in your PAYMENT. My advice is to ASK what is INCLUDED in the price of the car vs. included in the payment; READ the paperwork before signing & make sure you understand it - if you don't ASK!!! There are several coverages that are available but not mandatory to complete the purchase-if you don't want the extras DON'T BUY THEM!! Thanks, Todd & Jesse! More

derek and tom were very helpful, even though derek knew going in there was no guarantee that i would be getting a car the same day. tom filled in nicely when i called on derek's day off looking for an exte going in there was no guarantee that i would be getting a car the same day. tom filled in nicely when i called on derek's day off looking for an extended test drive. jay explained the paper work well enough for this amatuer to feel comfortable with leasing. i'm not saying that i will lease or buy from jeff schmitt when my current lease is up, but there is no reason why they won't go in as the front runner. I made an appointment to meet with Karma at 4pm. She not only was not htere but did not show up for the whole 1.5 hours I was there driving cars and waiting on her. I finally gave up and went home. Next app only was not htere but did not show up for the whole 1.5 hours I was there driving cars and waiting on her. I finally gave up and went home. Next appointment we made, I was there only to find that she was to busy to help me once again sending me to the other dealership to look at cars, never even bothering to call and let the person know I was coming. When I finally decided on a car, she acted like I had wasted her time by making her drive to Beavercreek to get the car I wanted, Had she been interested in my purchase to begin with she would have know what I was looking at. When working out a deal for the car, she didnt like my price and I didnt like theirs so I started to leave. She proceded to tell me that I wasted her time. I feel like this whole experience with this car dealer was a waste of my time because they only help Karma was to me was selling me a car that she had no business getting the commission on. More

The dealership experience was OK but by all means , read your purchase agreement slowly . I was in a hurry and apparently they knew it . The price was over what we agreed on . I also unknowingly bought a wi your purchase agreement slowly . I was in a hurry and apparently they knew it . The price was over what we agreed on . I also unknowingly bought a window etching security crap that I was told was included with the car , it cost me $299 which I dont think means included . I also have a problem with the radio that doesnt work but since it wasnt a certified Mazda , I am apparently on my own. I guess even though it was messed up when I got it , that doesnt mean anything . Read your agreement and take your time , I didt and its going to cost me . More
Jesse was very friendly & helpful. He seemed interested in helping us find a car that would be perfect for our family. He wasn't pushy. He was down-to-earth. To be honest, we LOVED the car, but interested in helping us find a car that would be perfect for our family. He wasn't pushy. He was down-to-earth. To be honest, we LOVED the car, but his professionalism and attitude made the sale. The only negative part of the visit was the time it took to complete the paperwork(got to the dealership at 12 & left at about 5) & finalize the sale. I purchased a FORD a few years ago & the entire process took a couple of hours, at the most. The financial manager was a bit pushy. I know it's his job & I'm sure his paycheck and job security is based on his sale of those plans, but he wouldn't let it go. Also, when my husband told him the car would be in my name, he actually said,"really?", like it's 1951 & women don't own things. Made me a little frustrated. Other than that, the very friendly salesman & car with amenities for a better price than those elsewhere made the experience great!Thank you, Jesse! More
