We explained to Matt what our specific needs were and that early in the process we just wanted to better understand what Mazda had to offer versus actually driving a car. We visited other dealerships who were given the same message. Some were OK, and others barely tolerated us. When we went back to JSM, Matt expressed his willingness to continue to work with us and do his best to meet our specific needs. No high pressure sales tactics were ever used by Matt nor anyone else at the dealership. We ultimately purchased a new CX-5 and couldn't be happier with the entire process. First class all the way. Everything went fine until I sat and waited for almost an hour to talk to a finance guy. I wasn't financing so I had no idea why I had to see him. She tried hard but since she was unfamiliar with everything she had to ask other employs about everything. Since I wasn't trading in a car and since I was paying cash there is no reason to take hours to do the transaction !!!! More
