Although the sales part went fairly smooth, and they found the car elsewhere we wanted in a color we wanted, the finan worked hard for our business. i spent 8 hours there mon. and they kept saying only a few mor mins then i had to go back saturday to finish paperwork and spent another 3 hours there. Gave me a more than fair deal on my old car. I brought my car to Voss and they wanted to give me like nothing for it. I searched high and low for a new car and decided this time I would buy used. I looked online and Serra's price was a little lower and a little higher than others, but best of all, I liked having not to fight over prices. I hate that ---life is too short. And they all play that game... "What's it going to take to get you to drive out of the lot with this car today?" It's all BS. So the approach at Serra is very friendly and easy. Most car guys are such xxxx! I'll be back and I have no problem referring my friends to them. More

I use Serra Chevrolet on a routine basic for maintenance and service of many of my GM vehicles. They are always customer focused, friendly and eager to help. Two weeks ago my son took his 2003 Subaru Imprez and service of many of my GM vehicles. They are always customer focused, friendly and eager to help. Two weeks ago my son took his 2003 Subaru Impreza in for an oil change and they didn't have an oil filter to fit but went all the way to Dayton (20 miles one way) to get the filter from a Subaru dealer, at no extra charge! That's customer service and my son said his first Corvette will be purchased at Serra Chevrolet because of their willing service department. We have also purchased several cars both new and used at Serra and they have always been super to deal with. More
