We bought a 2009 Acadia through Internet sales. The vehicle was exactly as promised and at a lower price than the competitors. David Conn went above & beyond for us. This was our daughters first 'car purchase' with a dealer. The only thing that would've made this experience better is if the car was free! I knew I wanted to go back there when I bought a car from there 5yrs. ago. At that time it was called Serra Chev. the sales staff was great had lots of character. It was a great experience. I called on Friday July 23 to have a recall service done on one of the brake components, that I was told would take approximately 45 minutes to repair. The service was scheduled for Monday July 25, 2011 at on one of the brake components, that I was told would take approximately 45 minutes to repair. The service was scheduled for Monday July 25, 2011 at 0730 am. I showed up at 0725 and they said I was not on the service list. They asked who I talked to and I told them I did not recall who I spoke to. They then told me I would need to re-schedule. I told them any day would be fine at 0730am because I work at 0900am. They then said I would need to leave it with them and that they did not know how long it would take. Then they followed up with a statement that it would take two hours. By the time I walked out the door, I never heard a apology. No, "I'm sorry about the inconvenience." No, "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding." The service person, Anthony Leet, made it seem like it was my fault I showed up when they told me to. Since this dealer, Jeff Schmitt, bought Sarra Chevy, it has turned for the worst. More
It took ONE week. The application was lost, one time, then we were told we were pre-approved and to come in on Sunday. Even told us what time and who to see. Turn's out we were not pre-approved, the pa then we were told we were pre-approved and to come in on Sunday. Even told us what time and who to see. Turn's out we were not pre-approved, the paper trail was lost, and could we come back Monday. We called Monday two times trying to talk with Jerimy. Never did get a call back. Tony was just in the middle none of this was his fault. Finally, by the grass of God, we found Ted. This man was just great! I told my husband we were never going back to your car lot because of all the bull. He talked me into going, again, and yes we got a Jeep! I can not say enough about Ted, all good! He worked his numbers like magic! The reat of your 'team' can learn ALOT from this man. We thank you for what ended up to be a good experiance! More
Went to buy a new car there the other day. Found a car I wanted and saw the "Sticker Price". I then tried to talk the car dealer there down a litle bit in getting the price down. He then procedes to tell me very rudely that either I pay the sticker price or go somewhere else. He tells me that if I would not pay the sticker price that he would gladly find someone else who would. I then told him that, in fact I would go somewhere else...he said he didn't much care and walked back inside the dealership. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are not willing to work with you at all! Very rude salesman! More
This was the first place I stopped. I has intended to look here and then go to another Chevy dealer and a GMC dealer and compare prices. After dealing with Jonathan, I decided that shopping elsewhere w look here and then go to another Chevy dealer and a GMC dealer and compare prices. After dealing with Jonathan, I decided that shopping elsewhere would not be worth the time it would take. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He found the car I wanted and we closed the deal the same day. He wouldn't let me leave the lot without a car. Although I am not fan of your TV commercials, I would recommend your dealership to anyone that asks. More
Beware of Deceptive practices at this dealer. They had an advertised price of 7700 on a truck. Tried to sneak in interior, exterior, and undercoating treatments at an added cost. I offered 7000 and the an advertised price of 7700 on a truck. Tried to sneak in interior, exterior, and undercoating treatments at an added cost. I offered 7000 and they came back with 9600. Be careful of dealer add-0ns at this place. They use a pretty smooth presentation to try to slip it in. The salesman also tried to compare other trucks to show how good a price the 7700 was, but he was not comparing apples to apples. Just be very careful. I definately cannot recommend this place at all. More
