First off, let me start by saying George, the sales representative my wife and I worked with was fantastic and did everything in his power to make an easy, affordable, buying experience for us. He is leaps and bounds above the rest of the snakes at this dealership. This review is not a reflection of him in any capacity. George is a great sales rep who is kind and respectful. That being said, the rest of the people we worked with at this "professional" establishment are a joke. My wife and I expressed to the folks at the dealership numerous times what our budget was for a used vehicle. This didn't seem to matter to them at all, as they kept encouraging me to go beyond my budget. We test drove the car, decided to sleep on the decision for a day or so, and decided to come back and buy the car a couple days later. When we arrived George was very friendly and attentive and went out to get the car and keys ready for the purchase. As he was out getting the car ready I had a question for him. I turned to the nearest associate, Brian, and asked him if he knew where George was; to which he replied (without even looking at me) "He's around here someplace" and continued his text messaging or whatever he was doing. Wow! Did you figure that out all by yourself Brian? What a great customer service asset you are! I eventually found George on my own. Then we went to sit down with Sammy, the finance supervisor. The first thing he did was show me finance numbers that were dramatically out of my budget. DOESN'T ANYONE LISTEN???? Apparently not. Sammy quickly lost patience with us and began talking down to my wife and I. Not only that, he kept referring to my wife as "Honey" in a degrading way. We got out of there as quickly as possible. Additionally, these "professionals" try to add almost $2,000 in charges to each vehicle. A $1,500 protection package and a $300 window etching. It's a complete and total ripoff. It would be like going to the store, picking up a pair of pants for $20.00, going to the register and having them ring up for $25.00 because they put pockets on them. It's a scam. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE that wants to be treated fairly and with respect. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my wife and I are young, but there is no excuse for the utter lack of respect we received from Sammy and Brian. If you do decide to check this dealership out, please use George. He will actually listen to you and do his best to get you into a good car at a great price. I can't say enough great things about George and enough bad things about the other people we dealt with at the dealership. More

When I first got to the dealer as I stepped out of the car and was greeted by a worker. He walked me inside and took me to a man named Mark Holly who was the sales manager. Mark was very friendly and greeted me with a handshake. He then introduced me to a sales consultant named Jackie Flynn. She was kind, patient and very attentive to my needs as a first time buyer. She took me into the lot and showed me cars and went along with me for the test drives. And when I wasn't sure about the cars I had been shown she didn't hesitate to go back inside and check for new cars in my price range so I would have a satisfying experience. When I found the car that I wanted to perhaps purchase she introduced me to a gentlemen named Patrick Cade, the finance manager. He crunched some numbers and gave me a deal that was very affordable for my budget. I felt I received the best car for the best price for me. My experience there was one to remember. I left Jeff Schmidt Chevy South in my brand new 2011 Impala and all smiles. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase new cars. More

My wife purchased a previously owned vehicle at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group last night. Mr. Zuppardo handled the financing the of the vehicle in a professional manner while simultaneously maintaining a personable demeanor. Our late arrival kept him at work well past closing time and we did not feel rushed in the slightest capacity. Neither my wife nor I have financed a vehicle before and Mr. Zuppardo walked us through the process to ensure that we were both completely comfortable with the deal. My wife and I both agreed how great Mr. Zuppardo's service was and neither of us would hesitate to do business with him again. We also extend a thank you to Jim Anderson who took it upon him self to make sure we had our new car (well, new to us!) gassed up and ready to go prior to our hour-long trek home. I would like to convey my recent experence with Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet South in Miamisburg and with two members of their Sales Team, Brian Pettitt (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and Jim Anderson (Sales & Schmitt Chevrolet South in Miamisburg and with two members of their Sales Team, Brian Pettitt (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and Jim Anderson (Sales & Leasing Manager). I purched a vehicle thru this dealership in October of last year. We bought this vehical knowingly with no warranty. Upon the purchase of this vehical there were a couple safety issues arise that Brian agreed to repair with out hesitation even though they were under no obligation to do so. In January of this year an issue arose with this vehical. Upon notifing Mr. Anderson of this issue he, without provocation, instructed me to return the vehical so they could "make it right". These two gentlemen went above and beond to please and satisfy their customer. Their professionalism, curtesy, and caring was refreshing in todays declining customer service industry. I am an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer in the Purchasing Department of a world class jet engine manufacture so I deal with vendors and sales professionals regularly. These two gentlemen are two of the best professionals I have dealt with in my entire carrer. Mr. Schmitt, you should be proud in obtaining this caliber of professionals for your sales team and in doing so you have obtained a loyal customer in all my furture automotive purchases and a positive advocate to all my friends and associates.
