Overall it was a very good experience. Started out by filling out an online credit application and then going into the dealership. Brian Pettitt worked with us from the beginning. We were approved for one car but was not interested in it. I like the fact that Brian did not try to talk us into a vehicle we did not want. We left thinking we would have to wait until another time down the road. Brian and the staff didn't quit on us they kept looking for possibilities. Brian called me to tell me they had gotten me approved for a NEW vehicle. I was very impressed with the dedication and professionalism of everybody we dealt with. I recommend this dealer to anybody! i bought a 03 impala from miamiburg and within 45 days it has been in the shop 3 times. the first time was about two weeks after i purchased the car. the second time was about 30 days. instead of just making has been in the shop 3 times. the first time was about two weeks after i purchased the car. the second time was about 30 days. instead of just making it right they split the cost of the repair with me. the very same night i left work and the check engine light came on. when i called, the guy told me to drop it off. so i dropped it off that night picked it up the next day. several hours later the light came on again. when i called and told him i was going out of town he said it would be ok and probably go off by itself. the car begin to misfire on our trip and i had the plugs and wires replaced. my wife call to see what they could do and the man she spoke too said its your problem because you brought the car without a warranty well after getting to speak with someone else they said bill would call us back, well i am still waiting for someone to return the call and i am tired of going back and forth and frankly just have not had a great experience at all. don't know what to do i am thousands in debt and the car is making the same sound it made before it needed extensive repairs the second time. i know that customer service is number one and i have to rate you guys a 2 out of 10. as of right now.
