I still have not heard from her or anybody else from Jeff Schmitt regarding my horrible experience! All I've received is some useless apology in her response! What a joke! as far as I'm concerned, they don't even deserve one star on any of these categories! They got my money and screwed me over! This is after they admitted that the mistake was on their part! A written apology does not work for me here... I will continue to post bad reviews and take advantage of social media against Jeff Schmitt dealerships as much as I can until my voice is heard personally by Ashli or someone else who actually cares! in addition, it is time for me to contact the Better Business Bureau as well to file a complaint! Like I said before, they are wolves in sheep's clothing! They're in it for the buck, they don't care about their customers! Don't go to Jeff Schmitt dealerships unless you want to get screwed! My complaints have fallen on deaf ears all the way to the top! This began with the service department's manager by the name of Chuck Ward who has absolutely no people skills dealing with customers and their concerns! He was extremely rude and arrogant! Then my complaint was kicked up to Clay Alysp... Jeff's "RIGHT HAND MAN". WHAT A JOKE!!! his resolution was a $65 credit towards the purchase of another vehicle from Jeff Schmitt! REALLY? SERIOUSLY????? I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT ON A JEFF SCHMITT LOT EVER AGAIN!!!! I then got kicked up to Jeff's executive assistant, Ashli Kitchen, who's response was that Clay was as far as I could go with my complaint! I wrote a similar review on Jeff Schmitt's Chevrolet website and did receive a response from Ashley about a week ago that they were looking into the matter! I haven't heard from them since! BUYER BEWARE! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE OFF A JEFF SCHMITT LOT! THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT SEEMS TO CARE, BUT AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T GIVE A xxxx! Service repairs not completed, required return visits Continued issues with service quality, repairs are not done correctly causing repeated return trips to dealership. This visit one of the replacement parts was not replaced as it should have been and another new wheel was damaged during install. All wheels were left with grease and wax or some kind of film on them. I would think the technician would clean off the newly installed wheels once reinstalled on the vehicle. There seem to be no quality control checks within the service department. This makes the fifth occurrence of a repair not being completed correctly or completely causing me to have to return for a follow-up service visit to have the repair finished. More
