We were very happy with our experience at Jeff Schmidt. Scott Keiver and Chris Stolzenberg helped orchestrate an amazing surprise for my wife! It was great! Scott Keiver and Chris Stolzenberg helped orchestrate an amazing surprise for my wife! It was great! More

I have had several issues with my car, but when I take it to be looked at the service wants to charge me an astronomical amount, just to look at it. They did refund one instance. Now I need to take my car because I drove it over the highway to Kentucky over the weekend. And there were 4 loud noises, someone was with me and we didn't know what it was. No lights came on or anything. However, I'm a little apprehensive about calling the dealership, because I'm afraid they're gonna charge me a large amount of money. One thing that I'm also noticing is the little screen in my car that shows me the G. PS and music has been going black for quite some time, but again been too nervous to take it in because I don't want to be charged a whole large amount and them telling me the warranty is it's expire. Cause that has happened as well. I also noticed the top of the car. I don't know how to describe it, but there's a black stripping or whatever that's now lifted completely up, and that needs to be repaired. So it's my thought that I was sold a lemon because the car is 2020. I got it in 2022. It only had 7583 miles on the car, and it sat in the lot for 62 days. That should've been a red flag to me. So partly, this is my fault. I also traded in my Honda Accord, which was in good shape, and they only gave me $2000 for it, which was crazy all in itself, because it was worth more than that, I had checked Kelly blue book, and it was worth at least $4000. I should have stood my ground. Car dealerships do whatever they can, especially if you go as a woman. But I went in not only as a woman but I went in as an African American woman, and now I feel like I was taken advantage of because they know the car, they knew what was going on. None of the fluids were checked. I had to ask Nathan the guy who sold me the car to have the oil topped off. The fluid that helps the car stay warm was not topped off so i wa accused of dricing the car for 3 years when i only had it for about a year There were so many things that I noticed and did question some of it, but just was giving that run around, so at this point I'm furious and I need to find out what I can do. The lemon law I've checked into that, but because I wasn't fully aware of it has expired, but I'm going to try and do something. I did tell the guy who sold me that the doors aren't even. The car looks like it was badly put together, it's unbelievable and I did take pictures, but he said just I would have to go to service, but I felt that it would have done me no good. Lesson, learned. Don't go by a car by yourself. Especially if you're a woman and African American at that? More

Took truck in for oil change (a little over $200). ..verified with service advisor that the front end would be greased, he assured me it would. When he told me it was done, I again verified the the front end was greased and again he assured me it was. Got home and checked and not 1 zerk had been touched and they were all DRY...like never been greased dry. Called the next day and spoke with the service manger and she was 0 help and could care less. Her fix was to offer a $5 credit. Weird how a job that would legit take 15-20 minutes was only worth $5, however they tried to charge me $160 to change the fuel filer that is a 5 minute job. Going to Jeff Schmitt is like going to Vegas...chances are you are going to lose! More
