I can't say enough about Dale. I had a hard to detect problem with a leaking fuel injector and Dale made it a point to get to the bottom of it and get it resolved for me. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Escalade ESV from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Not only was the vehicle a cadillac certified pre-owned, but it also came with a Motor Trend warranty as well. I read about the Motor Trend warranty before getting to the dealership, and had a good idea of what it covered. Mike and the Jeff Schmitt team were very knowledgable about everything including the warranty service. I appreciated working with a person who was also very honest. Too many times you go to a dealership and feel like you are being pressured by "slick" car salesman, but I didn't feel that way here. Overall my buying experience was great, Mike Jackson and the Jeff Schmitt team did a very good job working with me to get a great price. Another thing that I thought was very cool about buying a car here is the service department. When I was test driving the vehicle I was asked to park in the garage area when I returned so I could meet the service department managers, also Mike's idea. He said that he felt the customer should feel like an important client not just another car buyer, which makes the buying experience here even better.
