I think most people dread bringing their car in for service--but at Jeff Haas Mazda, I really do feel like I'm being given all of the information, the best deal, and the best service available. My Dad has worked with Todd Troublefield in the service department and won't go to anyone else. I brought my Mazda in this past weekend, however, and had an outstanding experience with Cynthia Ramirez. She was professional, friendly, and most importantly--she communicated with me throughout the service process, which ended up being longer and more complex than originally anticipated. She understands the importance of cost, a friendly attitude, and good customer service. I couldn't have asked to work with someone better. More

For instance, I booked the appointment to be at 7:00 AM and I included the type of service to be done; state inspection. There was no mention of the actual time of the state inspection which could only be performed after 8:00 AM as that's when the techs arrive. More clarity on the types of services corresponding to the times they can be performed would help greatly. More
