When the time came to buy a new car there was no question where and what we were going to buy; again! Our second purchase at Jeff Haas was just as excellent as the first time 16 years earlier. We aren't easy to please and we spent almost 6 hours at the dealership looking at different cars and then getting the deal we wanted. Now I only expect to spend a minimum amount of time at their excellent service department getting basic services done, which was our experience with the previous car. We purchased a new Mazda6 in 2012 and we are still delighted with our Mazda (thank you Charles Silmon)! The Jeff Haas service department is the ONLY place we allow to work on our car as well as keeping up on the maintenance for it. We have went through Carlos Guzman a few times and he can make any dealership proud to have him as an employee! However, Allan Hempel has been our go to guy for anything and everything we need done every time we bring in our car for maintenance/repair. We have about 150,000 miles on it and we have not had very many issues with it, however we never have to be concerned with having the car give us any difficulty because Allan has be absolutely fantastic and be proactive in having the car checked out each time we bring it in to him. He has always caught any issues before they became issues and I could not be more pleased to work with him at any time. I truly enjoy myself when I bring the car in talking and joking with Allan which he has been able to do without sacrificing any of his work ethics. I could not find a more caring service representative than he! Thank you Allan!!! More
