Great experience with no hassle We were looking for a used car and found a car that met our criteria on the Jeff Haas website. We contacted them by email, and got a call the next day We were looking for a used car and found a car that met our criteria on the Jeff Haas website. We contacted them by email, and got a call the next day. We arranged a time to see the car, and after we test drove, we were given a price that was fair without any mystery fees and matched the online price. It was a used car, and there was a stain on the front leather seat that we had a verbal agreement would be removed for us to buy the car. After the initial cleaning, the stain was lighter but still there. We had completed the paperwork and signed for the purchase at this point, but Mohamad assured us he would get it corrected. We brought the car back the following week, and they had a leather specialist completely remove the stain and the seat looked new. Very impressed with the follow-through on this detail. Throughout the car buying process I felt there was a commitment to making sure my experience was positive, and my requests were met. There was no attempts to upsell, with the exception of a run through of accessories, which we said no to all but front window tinting; again no real pressure. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and low pressure. They took care of the details and made the whole experience easy and hassle free. I'm especially impressed with the commitment to making things right without question. In addition to this we really like the Mazda CX-5! More

Great buying experience! Nick is awesome! He is so fun to work with and is extremely knowledgeable! He was so accommodating and kept us all happy and comfortable the whole tim Nick is awesome! He's not pushy and gives you space to make an educated decision. The only suggestion I would make is for the company to allow sales associates access to the internal system instead of just carfax so that they can give accurate information to the buyer. We had a slight miscommunication about the warranty and found out later when we sat down with the finance manager that it's because the salesmen only have access to carfax which can only give an educated guess as to dates of warranties, etc. Not sure why sales associates wouldn't have access to their internal system, but they need it so there is no confusion when it's time to sit down and crunch numbers. Other than that, we had a great buying experience and will probably continue to buy from Jeff Haas in the future! I LOVE my new car! More
