Daniel Thanks for sharing your horrible experience. Problem solved. No one should ever be up charged for a car advertised certified. It will never happen again. The GPS smart device is on the car and helps protect it while on the lot. It has a sticker on the car that states if the customer does not want it, it can be removed. That should had been disclosed to you also. Reviews like this boil my blood. This should never happen here at Jeff Haas Mazda and will never happen again. I will handle this internal.
