I absolutely despise a car salesman, the dealership, the "finance guy"...the entire experience. I had been researching cars on the internet for weeks...couldn't make up my mind. After a trip to a few other "finance guy"...the entire experience. I had been researching cars on the internet for weeks...couldn't make up my mind. After a trip to a few other dealers I found some beautiful cars at Fred Haas. Today was an exception to all my previous auto purchase experiences, so much so that I had to find a way to share my opinions. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Carl in the Pre-Owned Department. The original car I wanted, a Mazda6 wasn't feasible for my budget; however, just as we were about to leave Carl checked on another car, a Mazda 3...newer, less miles and the same options..fully loaded. He gave a fair price for my trade-in, a great price on the car (internet deal), and Kourtney in finance wasn't the typical shady character we've all come to expect. He was upbeat, he was not pushy at all about adding on options, and he was actually interesting to talk to. Much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Houston area.
