I came to Jeff Haas to look at a Mazda3 and Rainie Coleman was the salesman I worked with. If dealing with an awesome salesman isn't enough, his positive qualities echo throughout the dealership staff. If you're familiar with the automotive industry, you undoubtedly are familiar with the ridiculous turnover rates. Not at Jeff Haas! The service director has been there for over 20 years and even porters have been there for years! That is unheard of in this business! I am so happy with my brand new Mazda3 i Sport and my husband was so impressed with how well I was treated that, even before I signed the paperwork, he scheduled to come in to test drive the Mazda Speed3. I dreaded visiting dealers to purchase a new vehicle but had to replace my 14 year old minivan. Rainie understood quickly that I wanted to downsize but still have some cargo space. If he had, I would not have returned to the dealership. Rainie is attentive to what the customer really wants in a vehicle. I got a car that is functional, comfortable, and gets great gas mileage.
