This is a great dealership!!! You are put at ease right away and there are no high pressure sales tactics used. If you do not want anything added it is no problem. Working with Charles to purchase my first vehicle (the 2014 Mazda 6) was a great experience. Unlike other dealers that I went to, Charles wasn't pushy and was willing to work with me to find the car that 2014 Mazda 6) was a great experience. Although the dealer didn't have a particular model in stock at the time, they were able to pull the car from another dealer in a relatively timely manner and I thought their price was fair right from the get go. Compared to some other dealers out their, my experience with Charles and Jeff Haas Mazda was an extremely pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to check out Jeff Haas Mazda and ask for Charles. We wanted to look at the new Mazda6 and take it for a test drive. Ray Maxa called me and we setup an appointment. The test drive was great, and he was very helpful through out the entire process, and the test drive. Ray Maxa called me and we setup an appointment. The test drive was great, and he was very helpful through out the entire process, and there was never a time where we felt pressure at all to buy. He actually asked us if we want to take the next step in the process and talk numbers. This was probably the best car buying experience we've had so far, and really appreciate Ray being there as he is an outstanding salesman and asset for the dealership. I left some items in our trade-in car and he has offered to hold it for me until I can drop by and pick it up. Jeff Haas Mazda is highly recommended! More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I told Rainee what I wanted in a car and what my financial goal was and he took care of it right away. There was no waisted time. After a test drive I told Rainee what I wanted in a car and what my financial goal was and he took care of it right away. There was no waisted time. After a test drive he put me in Kortney's office to take care of financials, where he found me a great rate. Everyone at Jeff Haas is very personable and knowledgable. It was so nice to have them demonstrate and walk us through all of the car features. I will tell my friends and family to stop here first when they look for a new car. More
