As far as the sales person that was a positive experience. The representative was very knowledgable & friendly, most helpful. It was a typical car buying experience that was enhanced by the sales person. When we starting working with finance person and that was a completely negative experience. He was your typical pushy, demanding sales person that I typically don't like to deal with at all. When we had a problem with the car afterwards, we took it back 4 times to be fixed for a minor issue. All four times we were told it was fixed but it was not. We finally took it to a Kia dealership who fixed it within an hour and said it was very unlikely the specialists could have missed the loose heat shield underneath the car if they had done as they told us they had. Do not understand why they could not take care of this issue and why we were lied to multiple times. More

I was greeted very nicely, always smiling. The car I bought was at a different location and I was updated daily on the status of my car and when It would be ready for me to pick up. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by all of sales personnel and made feel welcome. David was very helpful in assisting me in finding a vehicle that I was interested in. He was very knowledgea sales personnel and made feel welcome. David was very helpful in assisting me in finding a vehicle that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the Avalanche that I subsequently purchase. When it came time for the financial paper work Nick explained all of the available programs in detail thereby making my decisions easier. Subsequent to my purchase, David has contacted me a few times to see if there were any problems with the vehicle. I appreciate his calling as this is an indication that Jeff Gordon Chevrolet cares about their customers and wants them to be satisfied after the sale.
