This the third truck/SUV we have purchased from Mac at Jeff Gordon.We have been looking for a Tahoe at a good deal and Mac called to let us know he had one come in. The only problem we had was, I was told that morning on the phone they had a great selection of Equinox's to choose from and when we got there we only had two Equinox to look at on the lot. This was by far the easiest new car purchase we have ever had, even though we were 800 miles away. It started with the first phone call with Tony, to conversations with Bob, easy credit approval with great had, even though we were 800 miles away. This is the second Tahoe we have purchased from Mac Lyerly at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet and we will always come back! Our first Tahoe was used and we received a great deal. As far as the sales person that was a positive experience. The representative was very knowledgable & friendly, most helpful. It was a typical car buying experience that was enhanced by the sale experience. The representative was very knowledgable & friendly, most helpful. It was a typical car buying experience that was enhanced by the sales person. When we starting working with finance person and that was a completely negative experience. He was your typical pushy, demanding sales person that I typically don't like to deal with at all. When we had a problem with the car afterwards, we took it back 4 times to be fixed for a minor issue. All four times we were told it was fixed but it was not. We finally took it to a Kia dealership who fixed it within an hour and said it was very unlikely the specialists could have missed the loose heat shield underneath the car if they had done as they told us they had. Do not understand why they could not take care of this issue and why we were lied to multiple times. More
