Overpriced Purchased a car that was new on the lot. A pre-owned certified Toyota. I was told it had features it didn't and when I went to trade it in I realized they overcharged me by six thousand dollars than the average marketed price. I admit these are things I should have educated myself about, but I'm early twenties and never bought a car before and took everything that was said to me for face value. I'm disappointed in myself and the company. I even knew one of the managers and was still lied to and cheated. I will say, Hendrick Toyota, a sister company, is much more understanding, knowledgable, and kind and would one thousand percent recommend them over Jeff Gordon. More

Purchased 2020 Tahoe Premier 11/2019 the vehicle had a vibration on the steering wheel and seat 40-55 mph.
