Found a 23 Silverado on cars. com that I liked at this dealership. I worked with Dakota, who was a nice fellow. We came to an agreement and I drove 1100 miles to pick it up. When I arrived, I noticed that the truck was really dirty. I was a bit surprised since they had what appeared to be a really nice detail shop, which was open. I mentioned it a few times, but Dakota did not seem to care. As you can see in the photos, instead of actually cleaning. the rear windows, they just took a truck stop squeegee and dragged it across. The rear slider was coated with something that made it very difficult to see out of and when I tried to get it off at a rest area, I was unable. I wound up having to have the truck detailed to get it to look brand new and it cost me $300.00. While I was driving back home, with 206 miles on the truck, it went into limp mode because the dealership never added any DEF. I was forced to pull into a rest area but since they did not sell DEF, I spent two hours asking truck drivers that pulled in if they had any. I was finally able to purchase a partially filled container from a guy, which got me going again. I also noticed that the window washer fluid reservoir was empty and the tires were overfilled by 6-10 pounds. When I spoke with Dakota about these issues, He apologized and assured me that the dealership would make it right. That was reduced to "they would pay me back for the DEF", but they never did. I buy at least one new vehicle every year, from dealers all over the country. I paid a fair price for this truck & the salesman was a nice guy but I have never taken delivery of a vehicle that was as dirty as this and more importantly, missing fluids that the dealership is supposed to add. There was no excuse for this. They were actively cleaning and detailing vehicles while I was there and there was no snow on the ground. Its unprofessional and shows me that this dealership does not care about the finer details. At this point, I have it in writing that they would reimburse me for the DEF and I have waited almost two months for it. I will just file complaints with Chevy and whatever Ohio state agencies handle this. Bottom line for me is that the truck is great but this dealership sucks. More

My 2016 Silverado had a warranty transmission repair which took 19 days. The service department did not call me with updates as requested, each time I called for an update would leave a message and wait which took 19 days. He was able to arrange a driver to pick me up from the airport, (who was an absolute gem to ride with) and he helped me secure low interest financing. I purchased the car sight unseen- based on Tyler’s efficiency and responsiveness. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also worked with Tracy in the finance department, she is extremely professional, had everything organized and was able to make the sale process seem effortless and painless. The entire staff was very friendly and this was truly like any other car buying experience I have had. More
DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them in each category because they took advantage of me. They said they flashed the computer to the motor (?) when they really didn't. I was charged over $100 for them to lie right to my face and take my hard earned money that could've been used to REALLY fix my car. Unreliable! More
Jeff Wells and the sales manager Pat made sure I walked out of there in a great vehicle when other dealerships couldn't help me. They both went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle.
