By the time it arrived at the dealership, I had just suffered the loss of a very dear loved-one, and was unable to think about taking possession of a new car and might not even want it. Jeff Deacon and his manager were incredibly understanding, and urged me to take as much time as I needed. When I showed up a week later, Jeff spent a great deal of time going over the car's features during a test drive prior to purchase and a "tutorial" session after the sale was completed. Jeff Deacon is everything you could want during a car-buying experience. He knows the product well, he is extremely courteous and attentive to his customers' needs (as were all staff members with whom I dealt), and, most important, he is simply a very nice person and a pleasure to spend time with. The Golf R, by the way, is amazing! More
