Went in to have Ac work done on car, when I arrived no check engine light was present but when I picked up car Eng light was on and I was told I needed new cooling fans, PCD,Fcm $1300. When I questions why my check eng light was on,I was given attitude by Service person Marc and was told my eng light was on because since my freon was low when it was filled the computer picked up the fans were not working which was cause by the pcd and fcm This just did not sit well with me being that When it went in the only issue I had was my AC blowing out hot air. I went and recieved a 2nd opinion and 3rd and also contacted another Dodge dealer and was told this was not correct and what happened was they did something which causes a short. I called back and spoke to Jim and explained and he stated that his tech diagnosed correctly and as I was trying to expl he cut me off and very rudely asked me to bring it in on Thurs. I called Wednesday and asked if they provided a loaner or shuttle serv in which he replied they provide up to 10mi pbut I could get a rental at a discount. I showed up thursday morn and spoke to a Gentleman by the name of Gaspar, he was very nice and very professional, he took my info, I rented a car and was on my way. I recieved a call at 4:50pm telling me my car was ready. I asked what was the outcome and he stated I had a bad relay, no apologies or nothing. I picked up the vehicle and again was greeted by Gaspar in which I asked since this was something caused by one of their techs would I be charged for the rental, he explained to speak with Jim. I called this morning to speak with Jim and he stated that he did not feel he should have to pay for rental and was extremley rude. I stated to him Jim how can you say you are not responsible , you wanted to charge me $1300 for something your tech cause and I had to bring back because of something again your tech caused, he finally agreed to cover the rental and asked me to never return to his shop again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATION!!! More

The personnel are consistently curteous, accomodating and trustworthy. They have always been helpful, informative, and personably. I now view them as trusted advisors, rather than just service representatives. In addition to the outstanding personnel, the entire service experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio is of excellent quality. I drop my car off in a bay and am immediately met by a greeter. Information gathering is effortless. Estimated time-to-completion is well determined. Service is wonderful. They take the initiative regarding status calls. The quality of work if great, and I never believe I am technically or financially taken advantage of at Jeff D'Ambrosio. Bottom line is that they care - about me as a person, and my cars. Kudos to a great service team. And special thanks to Marc, Gasper, John and Denise. More
To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning Wednesday April 20th, I noticed 2 small dents and a paint scraped on the right rear quarter above the tail light. There was no damage to the tail light, bumper etc. I've had this truck looked at and it was suggested that it looks like an exhaust pipe did this damage, possible my truck backing into another vehicle on a lift. I sent the pictures of the damage to Dave Baldwin and he was very helpful in trying to see if it happened at your dealer. I was however very disappointed that the service manager did not contact me or ask to see the truck. I do believe this did happen at your dealer, I have re-traced all my steps and there is no possible way it could have happened anywhere else. Needless to say my truck will not be back at D'ambrossio Dodge in Downingtown Pa. for service, I am very disappointed in the quality of work, since there is just no way this happened anywhere else. As far as their service I would not recommend it at least for older cars because they are not familiar with specifics of their own cars. They told me they would be able to read it but came back with nothing and with no suggestions to the problem. They should have known before servicing my car that my car 95' and before didn't store check engine light codes. Also on their site in the comments section I told them about this and they never got back to me when it said I would get a reply shortly which shows they don't care about the quality of their service. We have 2 cars from Jeff D'Ambrosio - sales and service departments were excellent. Extremely friendly and very accomodating with service. I've been going to this dealer for more than six years. As long as I live close to this dealership, I will always purchase and have my vehicles serviced there. If I have a problem with the service I receive, they are more then willing to correct the discrepancy to my satisfaction. More
My Fiancé and I have had nothing but the worst experience when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked, lazy, or extremely inexperienced when it comes to service. We both have 2009 Mitsubishi Lancers (We have a Ralliart and an ES) and have been only receiving service at this dealership and every time we have gone for routine service checkups or recalls, there has been nothing but problems. The most disturbing issue is that for routine checkups, I am very suspicious that they do not do what is required of them. For example, my Fiancé was going for emissions/inspection and they stated that the treads were showing on the inside of the tires (this means that they were extremely worn and very close to a blow out.) Now keep in mind that this car is not even at 15000 miles yet, and the tires are rated for ~25000 miles. Apparently the reasoning behind this premature wear was due to not rotating the tires at the recommended (Manufacturers) specifications. They admitted that they should have rotated the tires more often (but didn't). The car was previously in, not even more than 3 months ago for a routine checkup and they stated that the tires were in excellent shape. As for my car, I am currently having trouble with acceleration and gas mileage. They should have done a routine inspection on my car and changed my oil, but there seems to be something neglected with my car. I have made an appointment with another service center to deal with this issue. Long story short, if you HAVE to use this dealership, PLEASE make sure that you double check what they have done. They like to ignore the service manual that comes with the car, but there is a reason why they have that in place. If they say that you don't need something until the next service, DO NOT listen to them. While you think they know best, they really don't. Question everything, and don't let them let you think that you don't know what your talking about. Look at your service manual and make sure they do everything there. If it's possible, please find another dealership...I know it can be hard in the Delaware County area as it's the only Mitsubishi dealership around, take the extra time and go to either Doylestown, Cherry Hill, or Turnersville. You might think I'm exaggerating, but you run the risk of putting your life at danger with these people. If they didn't look at the tires, what about the brakes? More

DO NO USE THIS PLACE to service your vehicle! EVERY TIME I have my service done here I incounter SOME ISSUE with the staff being dishonest or over charging certain jobs. My last three visits were so much of a miserable experience i have now been using a new dealership that services sprinters that is an over an hour away and have not had a single issue with them. I thought the service was bad then, now after changing dealerships I KNOW that I made the right decision and am GLAD to drive an hour each way to have my work done properly.... They screw up the work everytime! I have to make at least 2 trips EVERYTIME I drop off the truck for one small repair. Its never the money I dispute, but the fact that they tell me its finished, the job is "completed" yet no one does a good job inspecting the work they performed to make sure things were fixed properly. 3 differnt instances, over 9 trips back to the dealershit. hopefully you will not incounter the same problems, I would be glad to leave my contact info with this site so if any one would like specific info regarding my experience with them i will be glad to explain! I went to their shop to get the state inspection. They said my forks are leaking and they could fix it. After a week they said that couldn't find a BMW dealer but right on the spot another customer gave t said my forks are leaking and they could fix it. After another week and a half they said that they got the part (~$12 seals) but it was the wrong part so they sent it back. After another week or so, they said that they replaced the part but the for was still leaking. So, after 5 weeks in total, I told them that no matter what I will take the bike from their shop the next day. Next day they called and suggested that I replace the fork legs because they are damaged (~$1000). The guy killed my battery when trying to start the engine. I paid $87 for garaging my bike in their shop (I guess). Then I took the bike with the forks heavily leaking now to a BMW dealer and dealer service rep said that the fork legs are good but the previous guys did put them the other way and "they don't know what they are doing".
