Well Jeff, you just lost another customer. I made my service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did no service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did not have a rental for me. They asked if I could wait but I had appointments which is why I needed a rental. I asked for a loaner instead which they said they have NONE....can you imagine a dealership this size and they don't have a vehicle to cover an appointment with a customer? And your staff let a previously loyal customer (me) leave your dealership extremely unsatisfied. Moving on.... More
Waste our time, money, gas. Forgot to book renter car twice, Order wrong radio, forgot to schedule appointment. After they said they fix stop start system which they didn't. The service dept. blew our truck tire when pulling onto a lift. They replaced our tire without verbal or written consent. When I called to inquire, after waiting all day for a return call, I was told the word cooper (my tire brand) was listed on my receipt (that was not itemized.) I had over 900$ worth of work done and have no idea if the tire price was included or not? Three of my tires are half the tread as the new tire, when I asked for another tire to match, they refused. When I offered to pay cost price for a second tire, they refused. More

Beware of this dealer. They placed a car on their website, set up a time to meet due to COVID, then....ha!
