I was living in Hawaii and moving back to the east coast when I came across his dealership and was able to complete much of the transaction with him over the phone. I had a long list of specific packages, colors, and options that made the particular 2012 Outlander GT I was looking for very difficult to find. So difficult in fact that there were only 2 in the country according all the dealers I spoke with. Bob had his guys drive nearly 400 miles each way to do a dealer transfer to bring the Outlander I was looking for down from New Hampshire. He accepted the offer I made, which I thought was very reasonable, and was real pleasure to deal with throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend dealing with this auto dealer and especially Bob Whelan! More
