Recently, I purchased my fourth or fifth vehicle from Jeff D'Ambrosia Dodge/Auto group over a span of about 25 years. It was a 2012 Dodge Ram pick up. I have worked with Bruce Smoyer each time. I have found him and everyone at the dealership especially Jeff D'Ambrosia to be extremely friendly. Bruce and Jeff have always gone out of their way to be extremely friendly and making me feel welcomed. I have never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership over those years. Bruce and Jeff have also always worked to correct any problems that I encountered. During my most recent purchase, I visited a number of local car dealerships. The foot traffic was obviously much higher at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. Bruce as always showed great coutesy and friendliness to me. In about half of the time that I spent with other sales people at other dealerships this last time on my first visit, Bruce asked me the most questions and gave me the most information of anyone. He was extremely busy assisting other buyers that day, but in about 10 or 15 minutes he had actually printed out a basic window sticker for a truck that was close to having the options that I desired. Needless to say, that when I decided to purchase, Bruce and I had already pretty much summed up the truck of my choice with the options that I desired, thus the sales time was greatly reduced. I have always recommended this dealership and Bruce and I expect that trend to continue. It is obvious why this dealership has always gotten high ratings and is one of the largest dealerships in the area. They are definitely one of a kind. However, I do believe that they could provide better pricing up front. At times, I do not feel that they provide the best price possible. However, they are not pushy on their sales and they do try to make every customer satisfied. More

Finance staff was very helpful as well, taking the time to locate the best rate for our auto loan. We selected, test drove and purchased our new Fiat 500 in three hours. Inat 1:30 and driving away in the new car at 4:30. I can't say enough about the whole experience. More

The initial reason for our visit was because we had an unfortunate situation where on a Friday our main car was totalled. And that following Monday our second car died on us. THEY TRUELY WORKED WITH US AND OUR NEEDS. We told them what we were able to afford and they didn't put us in a situation greater than we could handle. Infact, they made it such a pleasent experience for such a bad situation that we were in. We have told everyone of our encounters at the dealership and highly reccomend them, that we will no longer use our services anywhere else! More
