Let me start by stating that I tried to purchase a FIAT 500 from a dealer much closer to my home in New Jersey. They didn't seem to want to sell me one. So as USAA member I tried USAA's buying service, whi 500 from a dealer much closer to my home in New Jersey. They didn't seem to want to sell me one. So as USAA member I tried USAA's buying service, which referred me to Jeff D'Ambrosio. Also, I should point out that Jeff D'Ambrosio is 35+ miles from my home. What a difference! It was definitely worth every minute of the drive. No fooling around, no games with prices. I told Edgar what I wanted and in 24 hours I was signing the papers and arranging for the car to be delivered to my home. Everything happened just as I was told. Then to top it off, when I registered the car at New Jersey DMV, I missing some "Luxury Tax" form. Edgar went the extra mile of having the form faxed to NJ DMV within 5 minutes. Saving me who know how much time. More

I purchased a used Jeep and it had a piece broken. I was told the part was back ordered so I had a signed contract from the sales manager that the part would be installed as soon as it came in. After three told the part was back ordered so I had a signed contract from the sales manager that the part would be installed as soon as it came in. After three months of dodged phone calls from the salesman and manager the only thing that worked was a certified letter to Jeff himself. I went in for the repair and on my way home I begin to hear a rattling sound. It turns out the mechanic did not secure the part correctly. DO NOT use this dealership or service area unless you want employees that do not take pride in their work and mechanics that require you to return more then once due to laziness. I will never be back again. More
