I am very disturbed by the lack of response and customer service after the blunder they committed. I went to them in November via the Costco Auto program. I wanted to order or locate a new Ram 2500 truck. I service after the blunder they committed. I went to them in November via the Costco Auto program. I wanted to order or locate a new Ram 2500 truck. I didn’t know the request would go to them until after the fact. I had previously ordered a new Ram 2500 in January from them. The truck came in and they sold it to someone else even though I had special ordered it with a deposit. They never called to say it came in. When i contacted them, they lied and said Chrysler lost the order. I contacted Chrysler who said this was not true. The truck had been delivered. I gave them a chance to locate another one which they said they could not find even though I found several. So, after sending the Costco request, i decided to give them another chance. I dealt with Tina Trisvan and Bill wang. When we got close to a build that I wanted, they just stopped communication. I was bewildered. I reached out to them with a polite email and Tina forwarded it to Bill saying she just got “this nasty email”. It was not nasty. i have never heard from them since. I went to a couple other dealers and ordered a truck. Not surprising, every dealer said this dealer has horrible track record for dishonesty. I couldn’t agree more. Avoid them at all cost. More

The vehicle needed a few prep items I requested and they were done within a day. The salesman, Reed Jacques, was especially helpful assisting me in finding just the right vehicle for my purposes. He was informative without high pressure tactics -- A real gentleman. (5 Stars). So was the finance man, Alvi, I think he was called.
