On Dec 23, 2020 I purchased a preowned vehicle and over the next few days I noticed a crunchy noise coming from the rear wheels and front wheels when I would go over various bumps or various incline and de the next few days I noticed a crunchy noise coming from the rear wheels and front wheels when I would go over various bumps or various incline and declines. This noise was not there when you were driving on smooth roads. On Monday Dec 28, 2020 I advised the salesman of the issue and requested to return the vehicle and to be refunded the $2500 deposit. I emailed the owner of the company and he had the manager of the location contact me, Bob was told by the owner not to take the car back. I took the car up to the dealership on Dec 28, 2020 for them to see what the issue was, they came back told me it was all fixed and all it just a broken clamp on the exhaust. I drove it home and went on backroads by me, the noise was still there and nothing changed. I brought that to the attention of the salesman and Bob. On Tuesday Dec 29, 2020 I was told by the salesman that Bob was going to contact me on Dec 30, 2020 in the morning about giving me a warranty on the suspension. That call never came in. Obviously it was not a broken clamp. I ended up trading the vehicle that morning and never heard back from D’Ambrosio nor the owner. Be careful when buying used from them, it is all about the sale and nothing more. More
