I have had horrible credit for a number of years, and had tried to get a loan for a reliable car for just as long. Every place had either turned me down, or the terms were unreasonable. My husband and I went back to D'Ambrosio for the 3rd time on 3/15/11. This was the 2nd time, specifically to deal with Bob Holmes again as we had such a positive experience with him in 2004!!. We wanted to trade our 2004 Dodge Dakota for a 2011 Jeep Compass and Bob made it a seamless, stess-free, transaction. We told Bob of our budget for a car payment and he made that work. My husband and Bob had a great deal in common this time around and it was like reconnecting with an old friend (though he is not old!)I would recommend D'Ambrosio, and have in the past, for several reasons:efficient, friendly, and most of all...NO PRESSURE! I have already given Bob's name to several neighbors and co-workers of mine. I will continue to recommend D'Ambrosio to anyone that is looking to buy any car, new or used. My wife and I just purchased two Outlander Sports from Jeff. These are our third and fourth vehicles bought from there. The dealership that we were planning on purchasing our cars from made us feel very uncomfortable about the situation and seemed as though they were trying to take advantage of us. At Jeff they let you move at your own speed and are very willing to work with you on trade-in value and over-all price. They are not pushy at all and make you feel comfortable and welcome. We will be returning when we need to purchase another vehicle. More

dave baldwin has been our salesperson for years, because he does such excellence job and we bought our 19 year old son for his first car. When he came time to do the paperwork he went through everything on the paperwork so that Josh knew what he was signing and what it all meant. Dave is a top notch salesperson. More
