No communication. They had my truck for two weeks and didn't reach out once to let me know what was going on. Exceeds Expectations All the service staff are pleasant and very helpful. When I checked in for my appointment they determined that service on my Chrysler 300 would take All the service staff are pleasant and very helpful. When I checked in for my appointment they determined that service on my Chrysler 300 would take more than the day. They offered a rental vehicle or to reschedule. I chose the rental which was a new Jeep Compass (very nice). I was able to use the Jeep until my car was ready. When my car was finished I just drove in and switched vehicles. All my service work was completed with no issues. My Chrysler drives great! More
