Taking Care of Business I had to have my truck towed to the dealer. The starter was fried. My 1500 is a 2016 with 45K miles (just over the 36K mile warranty)! Dave went to ba I had to have my truck towed to the dealer. The starter was fried. My 1500 is a 2016 with 45K miles (just over the 36K mile warranty)! Dave went to bat for me with Chrysler and they took care of my truck. Of course a starter should not be wear out at 45K miles. Along with that, Dave was always prompt with getting back to me regarding questions and updates even though the dealership was clearly very busy. More
