Great service I noticed a rust area inside the transmission dipstick tube and on the dipstick. Dave and his crew checked it out that day, He ordered a new parts a I noticed a rust area inside the transmission dipstick tube and on the dipstick. Dave and his crew checked it out that day, He ordered a new parts and it was fixed the next day! Also, they saw there was a recall for a part on the tailgate and that was repaired at the same time. 2012 3.6 Pentastar Error Code PO302 #2 Cyl Misfire My Caravan set a error code at 102K indicating PO302 cylinder #2 misfire, I found that Chrysler had an extended warranty for up to 10 years/150,000 mi My Caravan set a error code at 102K indicating PO302 cylinder #2 misfire, I found that Chrysler had an extended warranty for up to 10 years/150,000 miles to replace the left bank head. Roseville Dodge examined the vehicle and ordered a new cylinder head for me. I took the vehicle in for service with 106k miles on the odometer. The cylinder head was replaced under warranty at no cost to me, The dealer took care not to scratch or damage my van despite having to disassemble and replace a major part buried deep inside the engine compartment. Kudo's for a job well done and thanks to all for treating my 2012 Grand Caravan RT as one if their own. More

Great service Bad assembly at plant where it was built. Dealership said every Jeep that comes in has a seal for transmission from factory and the seal and parts sho Bad assembly at plant where it was built. Vehicle only has 3k miles and it and had a massive tranny fluid leak from the factory because it wasn't installed right. More
