I choose Roseville because of the superior customer service I have consistently received. I have been well taken care of by the staff. The work that's been done has been great, however anybody could do the work. When I walk It upgraded by name I've taken the time to get to know me, my vehicle, my concerns, and my expectations. Customer service seems to have gone away these days. Any places just expect I'm going to come in and spend my money there. I truly feel good value that Roseville Fury. They get my business because they've earned it. I don't recommend many things, you have to impress me rather than just me and my expectations. The staff has absolutely impressed me. More
Engine turning off. Turned out to be an oil problem. Had the oil changed, but I’m not sure why there isn’t an indicator for that problem. Gary, Dave and Jake are always prompt in getting information to me about the progress being made on my vehicle. I’ve used Roseville Chrysler for auto service for around 20 years because I know I can trust them to be up-front, honest and respectful when dealing with me and my family. It’s nice to call or to walk into the service area and have Gary recognize me and call me by name. My most recent issue was a scraping noise when applying the brakes. Because it was a safety issue, Gary insured that I got the car in quickly for brake service. More

Extremely poor service I have had consistent issues with my 2016 Chrysler 200. I brought it to this service center in April and had reserved a rental car through them so tha I have had consistent issues with my 2016 Chrysler 200. I brought it to this service center in April and had reserved a rental car through them so that I could get to work. They did not have a rental car for me and they didn't care that I had to Uber home. A few hrs later, I had to pick up the vehicle and they sent me away with a poorly running vehicle because there was "no code" and therefore they couldn't figure out the problem. They took it for a test drive and admitted it drove poorly. They said that I had to wait for the problem to get worse and for the check engine light to come on. I drove a very unpredictable vehicle for over 5 months and the day the check engine light came on, the vehicle quit running completely. I called AAA to have them tow it to this service center again (it's a lease from there, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time). There was no rental car available (it's a dealership...???) and several hours later I was called and told that a battery would solve all my problems. They quoted $400. Yes. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for just a battery. I told them to park it outside and I'd take it elsewhere. I had AAA come back out and test the battery, it was fine according to AAA. I decided to have a better battery installed anyway and that made NO difference in how my car is running. I took it to a reputable mechanic and without a code, they opened they drove it and opened the hood and recognized the vehicle needed an ignition coil. Roseville Chrysler's service center is fraudulent. They work against the customer and I found it interesting that during this time I was getting relentless calls from the leasing department to "just get into a new lease) - pushing vehicles on me that are far beyond what I could afford. When I asked the leasing agent to give me options that were more affordable, he literally hung up on me (Troy Greer) Aside from the fact that I went 30,000 miles over my lease, so how is that a good option for me? They do not care about their customers. At all. More
