Service Center I had to bring my car in due to a noise issue. They made sure that I had a way to get home, which ended up being a rental free of charge. The team w I had to bring my car in due to a noise issue. They made sure that I had a way to get home, which ended up being a rental free of charge. The team was efficient and were able to diagnose an issue with my motor mounts. The next day I could still hear the noise so they had me bring it back and a do a test drive with the tech. He could hear it too and they took my car back in and gave me another rental free of charge. They ran diagnostics and did another test drive with a Chrysler expert (as the newer 300 series has the same issue). The conclusion was the noise is normal. I was impressed that the team went out of their way to do all they could to fix my car and make sure my daily life wasn't interrupted too much. Excellent customer service and great turn around time. Great service! I have been bringing my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country van here since I bought it. I have always received prompt and courteous service and they have be I have been bringing my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country van here since I bought it. I have always received prompt and courteous service and they have been able to keep my van running smoothly, even as it ages and parts wear out and become harder to get. My last service was an emergency, as a part broke and the van could not be driven safely. The van needed to be towed in. One of the "broken" parts was no longer manufactured by Chrysler and I thought I would have to give in and buy a new vehicle. I really didn't want to do that as I really like this van, plus it was not a good time to have to shop and spend more money, even for a used vehicle. Gary and the service department did not give up and found the needed piece. And it was less expensive than originally anticipated. Yay! The other minor maintenance services that were due were also done AND the van had been washed and smelled great inside!! My van is running smoothly and I can start searching for a new vehicle on my timeline. Many thanks and kudos to Gary and the service team at RCJDR! More

While they were working on my car I had an opportunity to spend time with the sales staff to try and figure out if I might want to purchase a new car. The sales staff of Justin and Kevin, along with the credit manager, provided with all the information I needed to make an educated decision on what I was going to do in three months when the lease on my current car expires. Looks like I'll be continuing my 30 plus years relationship with Roseville Chrysler, Jeep. More
