They are friendly, helpful, and informative. I really need my vehicle in good running order and trust this service center with keeping me on the road. The entire staff is especially friendly and attentive. I do always go to Gary Ross as my primary service consultant. I value having a trusted and familiar face. I had the pleasure of meeting Burrell Nadeau this visit and he was a real treat to work with as well. They called the next morning, told me yes, cylinder #2 was missing so they replaced the coil and said it was ready. I went and exchanged their loaner for my car. Easy and simple. Done. More

My experience at Roseville was a positive. Everyone was friendly and they told me up front on how long it would take to complete the service. The waiting area was clean and they have wi-fi, coffee and popcorn while you wait. More
