Trust is key I have used this dealer for my truck for almost 8 years. I have had great experiences, they honor coupons above and beyond (even when my $20 oil chan I have used this dealer for my truck for almost 8 years. I have had great experiences, they honor coupons above and beyond (even when my $20 oil change is 7qt and not 5, or I need $800 of work with a $200 20% off max.) I did have one less than great experience with tires, but it is bound to happen over that length of time. Great place. More

Dodge 2016 pick up We bought this truck from here last Winter with recalls on it but they weren’t ready with the fix yet. Was told we would be called when the recall par We bought this truck from here last Winter with recalls on it but they weren’t ready with the fix yet. Was told we would be called when the recall parts were out and ready, never got a call. Then we come in to fix the recalls and the DEF filter and don’t fix it right the first time when we told them we already tried other things. Then The second I get home the DEF filter goes off and I need to go back again, very time consuming and annoying. When we were called they said the air filter was fixed and that I told them air filter? I think these workers are being lazy and trying to beat around the bush for something they don’t want to do. Fix it right the first time and make the customer happy ! Enterprise has been great to deal with and Jake has been doing well at getting back to me but we did need to speak with management to get our point across at what needs to be fixed. It shouldn’t need to get to that extent cause we are not that kind of people to complain. Do your job the first time More
