I went in to get my transmission fluid changed. I met with Dave in the service department, and he was very helpful, and explained what time it would likely be completed. I received a call a couple I met with Dave in the service department, and he was very helpful, and explained what time it would likely be completed. I received a call a couple of hours later, Dave explained that they found one of the metal tubes carrying the fluid had been leaking, and explained it might be a good idea to replace it. It had lost about 3/4 quart of fluid. I appreciated that they looked over the car and replaced the tubing. THANKS!!! More

Scheduled service I received an oil change the attendant was very polite. However he offered me a coupon for $79to purchase one. Thank goodness I had a coupon for $49 I received an oil change the attendant was very polite. However he offered me a coupon for $79to purchase one. Thank goodness I had a coupon for $49 the individuals before me he gave a coupon for $79 to purchase two oil changes at the exact same time. I felt that was kind of peculiar. Quality customer service from Shane I have a warranty so I can’t compare prices but Shane in the service center was very friendly and helpful throughout my repair process. Hours of operation in the service department are not very accommodating to anyone with a full time job. It took over 2 weeks to get a Saturday appt which was my only option being they close so early on the weekdays. It’s also difficult to actually get a Saturday appointment unless you go directly through a service advisor so skip the on line or scheduling line if you need Saturday. More
