Recall work They made things much harder than it needed to be. Strike 1: came in for my recall appointment and was told the part was not in stock, repair would n They made things much harder than it needed to be. Strike 1: came in for my recall appointment and was told the part was not in stock, repair would need to be done on following day, left truck overnight. Strike 2: they had my truck all day but forgot to do the repair. The only saving grace: the late shift manager had a technician do the repair on the spot when i showed up later that day. More

Oil change and software update Got oil changed and made appiontment for software update. Had an issue with airbag system so that was addressed at the software appointment. They ne Got oil changed and made appiontment for software update. Had an issue with airbag system so that was addressed at the software appointment. They needed to keep the car for a day and after the software update the radio needed to be replaced. All is complete now. Dave was very nice to work with and very helpful. More

Warranty engine replacement Went in for an alignment, technician spotted an oil leak. Long story short, new engine was needed under warranty. Though Chrysler took about 3 weeks Went in for an alignment, technician spotted an oil leak. Long story short, new engine was needed under warranty. Though Chrysler took about 3 weeks to ship it dealership did a fine job of installing it. More

Fast honest service Wife went to "express" service in Bloomington. They said 2 hour wait due to scheduled appointments. They did not try to sell her anything. They noted that breaks may be due for pads soon. No oversell. No pressure. In and out in an hour. Great service. Great team. More
