Windshield wipers I came in to have all my windshield wipers replaced. The man who took my keys did not bother to ask my name or collect any further information. An hou I came in to have all my windshield wipers replaced. The man who took my keys did not bother to ask my name or collect any further information. An hour later someone came to get me with my air filter out and explained to me my oil change was done. No one bothered to look at my information. If they did they would have seen I had my oil changed 3 weeks ago. All I needed was windshield wipers but the initial person I interacted with clearly did not fully listen to me or take the time to care. They then proceeded to put the wrong windshield wipers on. I was not listened to at all. More

Will never go anywhere else I’ve been coming here 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. These guys take me serious, don’t talk down to me (as a female who doesn’t know anything ab I’ve been coming here 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. These guys take me serious, don’t talk down to me (as a female who doesn’t know anything about cars), and are always so polite and fun. There’s no reason to switch dealerships, even though it’s a 30+ min drive one way, no matter where I live I will come here for service. More

Helpful and Pleasant Customer Service I went to the Express Lane for the first time. I was given an accurate estimate of the time my oil change would take. oil change was fine ... customer service area for the service center could use more work... a lot of guys in there at computers, but none came to discuss with me the issu ... customer service area for the service center could use more work... a lot of guys in there at computers, but none came to discuss with me the issue for which i made an appt for my car. sent the oil tech customer service rep to give me an update on the oil change- but no specifics on why my new tire i bought has been losing air. when i went in to inquire before leaving, they said they ran all the tests except one and couldn't find anything. seems like someone could have come to me and explained this while i was waiting for 1.5hrs in the waiting area. was disappointed with the customer service. Olu, the old tech customer service rep was very nice, and explained the oil change summary to me. More

Routine maintenance Came for routine maintenance, took longer than the estimated time quoted - tuned out to be 1/2 hour longer. Defective Compass Headlights Took my new 2018 Compass in to replace both headlights for the second time due to condensation inside them. Both were replaced under warranty in one Took my new 2018 Compass in to replace both headlights for the second time due to condensation inside them. Both were replaced under warranty in one day and I was given a loaner to drive. Unfortunately I’ll probably be back to have at least one more replaced again. The service department does a good job but are only able to replace one bad part with another as I believe this is a design issue. More
