Scary My car only had 30,000 miles on it and the service transmission light came on while I was in rural Northern Wisconsin caring for my elderly mother. NO Jeep dealer could see me up there - I tried five places within a 75 mile radius. I had to drive all the way back to St. Paul and barely made it to my garage. I will never buy a Jeep again. More

Wheel alignment All went very well. Jake kept me up to date with text messages. Jake explained to me the front end was loose and they needed to balance a tire also. All went very well. About to go on a driving trip. Because I was about to go on a driving trip I thought I would complete the oil change because along with new oil the dealership does a complete vehicl Because I was about to go on a driving trip I thought I would complete the oil change because along with new oil the dealership does a complete vehicle spot check, fluid levels, battery check, etc. When I got my car it came with the work sheet showing what was checked. Attached was a digital readout of my battery check. It passed, no problem. I have a lot of whistles and bells in my car, and the battery is the original. With all that was done, most of which was dealership courtesy service, I now feel confident that my Jeep will respond as it should, with no surprises. More
