I have always been treated with care when dealing with anyone at this dealership. I bought my second T & C mini van in 2011 and I would love to trade it but I love the car so much I just can't deal with trading it in. I do all my service work and repairs at Roseville CJDR also even though there are two CJDR closer. When I was having some service work done recently, I have to call and change my appointment two time and they couldn't have been nicer when dealing with my changes. Since my service was going to take a few hours, they offered to drive me anywhere that I wanted to go but I was fine just staying at the dealership because it is very comfortable there. I had brought a project along that I was going to work on and several employees came over and talked to me which really helped pass the time. I will be back!!! More

It is not easy for working people to do that and $23.88 for labor when the parts dept. is right there and what, no more than a minute or 2 to screw it in. Talk of highway robbery. More
Oil change and tire rotation. Came in without a appointment to Roseville Service center and left 35 minutes latter with my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2017 Dodge Caravan. They even let me know my air and cabin filters were a little dirty but did not warrant being changed yet. Watched the Olympics and had some free/ fresh hot pop corn to boot. Nothing bad to say about my visit all good. It pays to be on their e-mail notification list because I was able to use the coupon that came to me via e-mail $24.99is all it cost me for my visit . Thanks for the wonderful service I received at the service center. Keeps me coming back. More

My Chrysler 300 had a powertrain problem, I brought it to a different dealership twice and they did not fix the problem, I decided to go to Roseville My Chrysler 300 had a powertrain problem, I brought it to a different dealership twice and they did not fix the problem, I decided to go to Roseville Chrysler and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it the first time, my part was on backorder so they gave me a very nice loaner car until the repair was completed, Jake Lanceman, the service advisor, called me on a regular basis to keep me informed on the status of the repair, when I got my car back I was relieved they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend the experienced staff in the service department. More
