My service writer, GARY ROSS, has taken care of my and my car for over 150,000 miles and counting - thanks to his recommendations and the great work of technicians like RICK. NOTE TO NEW CAR SALES MANAGEMENT: I spent a little over two hours at the dealership during this visit. I spent time in the new car showroom, paying special attention to a red Pacifica: sitting in it, exploring it, and finally asking a young man for a Pacifica brochure, which he graciously provided - without ever introducing himself or making any attempt to engage or qualify me as a buyer. Later, I checked out every van along the south end of the new car lot and again, no one ever approached me to determine my new car needs or interest. Amazing! And sad!! Thank God the service department doesn't operate this way. More
