I dropped the truck off the night before and I received a call at 8:30 that my truck was done and was covered under warranty. Which was a nice suprise! More

I did not like the fact that when my car was ready the woman at the desk said my car "is waiting right outside." I needed to use the panic button on my fob to find it and it was at the far end of the lot around the corner of the building nearly a block away. It literally took me about 5 minutes to find my car. Waited in service office for write up - fine so far That is the last time I heard from the dealer until I called them 2 days later 2) request was for oil and filter service and issue with DEF gauge showing 1/4 tank after tank was filled dealer rep. indicated that the tech had followed the trouble shooting procedure and that the DEF tank assembly would need to be replaced - parts $3400+ - repairs were declined 3) picked up the vehicle and found an invoice for nearly $500 Tech had purchased multi gallon DEF tank and of course could get none in tank because it was full - that did not stop him from pouring DEF down the side of the vehicle - and not cleaning it off - was charged for the nearly full multi gallon DEF fluid purchased from parts dept by tec. Over $27.00+ was charged on the repair order Oil and lube service was the most expensive I have ever seen with the oil filter alone over $70.00 More

They warned me that my 2.4L engine has a history of needing frequent spark plug changes. I wondered if it was a ruse, but when I picked the vehicle up, they said the plug gaps were good and no change was necessary. I appreciate the honesty. More

I had it towed to the Roseville Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership. Through text, I was told that the Jeep was being looked at, and then soon after it was ready for pick up. Not knowing what was done or cost or anything. I was happy to find out after I arrived at the service department and meeting 'Dave' that the problem was a bad alternator which also had a recall. After being told that I could pick up the vehicle soon, I told Dave that I had a broken tail light which was obvisouly overlooked during the initial inspection. I had the replacement tail light I had already bought and asked if he could install that. It was at this point I feel the service took a dive. Dave called me shortly after to explain that the Jeep needed this, it also needed that. All which I understood and authorized over the phone to be around 300 dollars. Some time later I was told it needed additional THIS and THAT. At this time I asked about how much THAT would cost. Dave said that the front end needed to be removed to get at the "act chu waiter" and we were gonna be looking at around 1100 Dollars! So it went from free, to over 1500.oo to fix. I then asked him if the vehicle was able to be driven, he said yes. I told him I'll have to pick up the vehicle because I was uncertain about putting that much money into it. And honestly taken back on how it went from free to over 1100 in such a short period of time. Hard to swallow the detail of want needed to be done, when they didn't even know about the broken tail light. Mark Dooner with DuAll service. More

While waiting I realize they check air pressure during oil change and rotation. After waiting about 90 minutes car was done I started car and notice right rear tire was still low 8-10 lbs. there was a service guy right next to me and asked if he could fill my right rear tire and he did fill the tire now all tires were at 38lbs so I left. That night I was at home and thinking about oil change then it occurred to me that I went in to dealership with low air in right rear tire and when vehicle was done the same tire right rear was still low. So now I realize they did not rotate tires. I been busy at work and keep forgetting to call service manager at dealership about this. But keep forgetting this was first time for service for this vehicle since I purchased at same location. More
