Not taking responsibility I went in for an oil change and was told they would rotate tires for free. This was a Friday and over the weekend my tires were so loud I couldn’t sta I went in for an oil change and was told they would rotate tires for free. This was a Friday and over the weekend my tires were so loud I couldn’t stand it, so I took it back on Monday. They told me my vehicle was out of alignment and wanted me to make an appointment to get that fixed. I told them the tires weren’t loud before they rotated them so I asked them to rotate them back. The mechanic (whose name I didn’t take note of but had a ZZ Top beard) licked his finger and marked the tire and with a smirk said, “That way you’ll know we actually moved the tires back.” I’m not sure if he thought he was being cute or if he thought he was dealing with an ignorant woman. Either way the situation made me uncomfortable, and I am regretting that I bought a $200 oil change package so I will have to return. The tires made a lot less noise after I left but have worn uneven from driving the weekend after the bad rotation. Had another shop check alignment and it is fine. More

Great experience. Jake the service manager went above and beyond to find the almost impossible to find problem with my truck. Need to pay more attention!!! I receive notification that my truck needed 2 recall repairs. I made the appointment for that and in addition, I wanted them to evaluate a lock. I receive notification that my truck needed 2 recall repairs. I made the appointment for that and in addition, I wanted them to evaluate a lock. Turns out that the lock is no longer under warranty, and I decided since I may be upgrading soon to another truck, it’s not a big deal to fix right now. It was only after I drove away for a few minutes to remember that the recalls still need to be done. They didn’t care to remember that which is most important. I have no reason to suspect they don’t do a good job the service department. But as a customer, I don’t feel they pay enough attention. When I purchased my truck from this dealership, five years ago, the finance guy was super rude and very aggressive. Having just paid off my truck this last month, I may be in the market for a new truck and I’m not sure I want to get it from this dealership even though it’s the closest to my house. More
