Quality work, could use better communications I was very satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. It just would have been nice to hear they had discovered the issue, had parts in stock and expected time to complete the repair. Not hearing until 4pm seemed like a long wait to me, based on bringing the car in at 7:30am. It's possible this is the case for extended warranty work, since it's covered, but still would have appreciated an update or two along the way. More
