Airbag recall/new radio I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance for a couple of recall notices, as well as for a radio issue. The service center recommended that I I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance for a couple of recall notices, as well as for a radio issue. The service center recommended that I get a new radio, but did not have the correct parts to complete the work on the airbag. I thought I would wait a while before responding to this rating request, but it has been 11 days since I was told I would need to come in again. I have not been contacted, and already paid over $400 dollars for the radio. I understand it is more efficient for the work to happen at the same time, but it seems like too long to wait, especially since I had scheduled the repair more than a week in advance. On the upside, I believe it was Jake or maybe Kyle that I originally spoke with in the service area and he was quite good. More
