My 85-year-old dad bought a new Chrysler 200 in Dec. 2012 and passed away 6 weeks later after only putting on 15 miles. I contacted Troy at Roseville Chrysler thinking they'd do the right thing and buy back the car for what dad paid. Troy not only wouldn't do that but he totally offended me by offering $5,000 less than what dad paid (while explaining that similar cars sell for $2,000 more than what he was offering)! I understand a dealership needs to make a profit but dad was a loyal customer who bought numerous cars from Roseville Chrysler and this was a unique situation. Any loyalty that would have translated to dad's family and friends has evaporated. I choose to take my business to a dealership that doesn't take advantage of their customers in difficult times. More

I picked up a 2012 srt8 300c and got a killer deal on it, i shopped around before I purchased my car and not one dealership came close to the price I paid. Joey and Justin failed to follow through on their supposedly guaranteed quote for a new vehicle. After we came to an oral agreement on the price for the vehicle, I put down a deposit for the vehicle supposedly guaranteed quote for a new vehicle. After we came to an oral agreement on the price for the vehicle, I put down a deposit for the vehicle. They promised to have the vehicle in stock the next day (as they had to obtain if from another dealership in town). The next day, I found out that the vehicle was sold to someone else. I wasn't told about this until I called to ask when I could come and pick it up. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, Justin said I had to come to the dealership to get a copy of the refund receipt. Justin was rude and unprofessional and blamed me for his screw-up. He tried to say that because I chose to do business over email (something I strongly recommend) this happened. The real story is that Justin only called the other dealership and left a message stating that he wanted them to send over the vehicle. He then told me that the vehicle was mine. In reality, he never confirmed with anyone that the vehicle was actually going to be sent - and in fact it had already been sold when he promised the vehicle to me and required me to put down a deposit. Roseville Jeep has lost a customer for life and all my friends and family will know about their poor customer service. More
