He was so great helping me, an indecisive and nervous first time buyer, figure out exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! Justin, new car manager, went out of his way to make sure he found me the best price possible with discounts and rebates. All around great experience- everybody I came in contact with was super nice and helpful, I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep! More

Foisted me off to some high pressure sales guy who had no listenening skills and was vaguely sexist. Rates as one of my worst car dealer experiences of all time. More

I’ve bought quite a few cars in the 30+ years I’ve been a licensed driver. I can’t think of an easier or more pleasant experience than the one I had this week. That’s because there hasn’t been one! You surpassed all expectations! More
The car I wanted at a Great Price! Great shopping experience! Sean, our sales person, located the exact model/color Town and Country that we were looking for within two days and had it ready to go. He also came back in to work when he was off to fit our busy schedule. We ended up getting a newer model than we anticipated at a great price! Jeff in finance got us a better rate than our credit union offered, and Justin the sales manager made sure that the entire transaction went smoothly. We had the entire family there to help drive our new van home, and had a wonderful time looking at the huge selection of new and used vehicles. They even have a play area that kept our two year old busy while we finished up the details with closing. I really appreciate their integrity and am very satisfied with our purchase! Would highly recommend checking them out when shopping for a vehicle! More

My van had leaky transmission lines and I contacted Roseville Chrysler to have them repaired. Immediately after the repair, the van began leaking fluid. I took it back to Roseville Chrysler and found out that the right front axle seal was leaking. They repaired this. The very next day the van started to stutter when shifting gears and then the check engine light came on. I contacted Roseville again and they had me drive it in to see what the error code was. It turned out to be a cylinder misfire and I was told they would need to have it in longer to get a more precise diagnosis. They told me they could not do a full diagnostic until Friday, which was two days away. I asked if it would be ok to drive on and they said yes. On Friday I took it back to Roseville Chrysler and they diagnosed that it was the rear cylinder that was misfiring. They did not have the parts in stock to fix it and asked to keep it over the weekend. Unfortunately I needed the vehicle over the weekend so I scheduled to drop the van off on Tuesday morning to be repaired. On Tuesday, I dropped it off and proceeded to my job. Around 1:30 I received a call from Roseville Chrysler saying they had fallen behind and would not be able to repair the van until Wednesday but that they had held aside a car for me. I went to pick up the loaner car and was told that I would need to refuel it prior to returning it or I would be charged a service fee. I explained that I would not have the availability to refuel it since I already had to take off extra time from work to drop the vehicle off numerous times and pick it up again and was currently missing work to pick up the loaner car. I was told that I should be happy I was “getting a car at all”. I indicated that the current situation was not my fault, and that they were the ones who had fallen behind and could not get the car repaired on time and that I should not have to pay for that. I was told that “We can’t always make good on our promises”. The customer service at this location was horrible. I was treated rudely. Never once did Roseville Chrysler apologize for not having the repairs done on time. Quite the opposite, they inferred they were doing me a favor by even giving me a car. And I am not convinced that it was purely coincidence that all of these mechanical issues began at the exact time I took it to this shop. Prior to this, I have had no repairs on the vehicle and it has only about 63,000 miles on it. I would encourage anyone considering this repair shop to consider another option. More

What really made my experience a pleasant one, was my salesman he made everything very easy and he was very professional. He spent the right amount of time with me even when the dealership was very busy including Eric.. He had more then just me there buying a car. He was very curtiouse about my time and always came buy to check on me before I went to sign papers. I will tell everyone about this dealer.. Exceptional job. More
BEWARE! Text Book execution of dealer pressure tactics BEWARE! They were the worst possible sales people I have ever seen or met. They tried ripping me off from the time I stepped into their store. They BEWARE! They were the worst possible sales people I have ever seen or met. They tried ripping me off from the time I stepped into their store. They have tried every pressure tactic in the text book used by dealers on unsuspecting consumers. But sadly for them, I am a man who has done my research and know my numbers. They wouldn't reveal anything about how they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for a lease. The sales person didn't know what he was talking about. When I pressed for more and clearer answers, he said "it doesn't matter". They said I had to pay $678 per month as lease payments( I closed the deal with another dealer for <$500 for the exact same car) and they are charging me 8.1% interest rate. He wouldn't even reveal the interest rate until I literally goaded him multiple times. I asked him how he could determine the interest rate without even running my credit and he had no answers. All he said was "It doesn't matter. This is what you'll have to pay". Such dealers need to 'NOT EXIST' and more people ought to know about these deceitful people. They are not worthy of my business. I am glad I walked out of there. Another sales guy did call me the next day to apologize and I did think for a minute of giving them a second chance. But I changed my mind because apart from the price, everything else would have been an unpleasant experience for me including haggling about the finance, delivery, services and so on. If you haven't done your research, these guys will rip you right out. More

Some type of fluid had sprayed all over the hood and the car started to smoke. I don't have an older car and I only have 64,000 miles on my car. So I called the dealership and set up an appointment for repairs. They were booked until that following Thursday, so I informed them since it was Saturday I would need a rental. Since it was a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. they couldn't help me until Monday. I set up a time to come into the dealership before work and pick up a rental. On Monday I called to let them know that 7:30 a.m. was cutting it to close and I would need to make it closer to 9:30- 10:00 a.m. The service guy said that was fine took down my information and said see you then. On my way into the dealership I called to ask a question about my warranty and was then informed they had no rentals. They did get to my car earlier then Thursday and called me on Wednesday to inform me the car was ready for pick-up. We had them repair the issue that was under warranty and my husband was going to fix the other issue. I asked the service guy if it was already for me to drive my vehicle home and he said yes I might need to add some coolant. Well we didn't make it 5 blocks before the car over headed (we could still see the sign from the dealership) and I had to have it towed home. When I called to ask the service guy did you guys even change my oil like I paid for because the coolant was bone dry, the mileage on the paper work is all wrong and 3000 more than what my car really has, He said "Well the coolant was leaking as fast as we could pour it in." He never said anything about the leak being that bad, I would have just had the car towed to my house and I would have never driven it anywhere. I asked that they please change the mileage on the computer and to speak with a manager, he took my information and I have not heard anything from them as of today June 10, 2012. More
Awful experience. Not only did the salesperson not know anything about the vehicle I was purchasing, their "business person" was absolutely trying to frame me. I came in with a blank check, ready to be fil anything about the vehicle I was purchasing, their "business person" was absolutely trying to frame me. I came in with a blank check, ready to be filled out with whatever amount I wanted, up to $35,000. The business guy told me those checks are mailed out as "pre-approvals" and don't always work. I insisted this isn't true. I filled out a credit application and the blank check is legit (it came from a legitimate, big bank). He still made me wait over an hour to get into his office, let alone sign the papers. He tried to get me to fill out a new credit application so I would get my loan through them. I did not bite. The second part of my awful experience is the fact that he sold me warranty on a vehicle that still had FULL manufacturing warranty on it for another 2 years. Granted, I should have done more homework on it but he straight up told me the manufacturing warranty expires within a "month or 2" - his words. He either didn't know or he lied to me. I'm leaning towards the latter. After many emails/calls between the salesperson/manager of the dealership and myself, they finally agreed to send my bank a check for the total of the warranty. Since they lied to me once already, I figured it's pretty likely they'll lie again so I called them about a month later to check the status of the check and guess what - they never even sent it. What a shocker that was. The manger assured me they would send the check today. I requested the copy of the check to be sent to me when it is sent to my bank. It finally was. Awful people. Liars. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
