Very disappointing I had scheduled a maintenance appointment to address two safety recall notices on my vehicle. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I was told that I had scheduled a maintenance appointment to address two safety recall notices on my vehicle. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the work would take an hour and a half. Because this is our only vehicle and I do not live in New Prague, I had planned to wait at the dealership until the work was done. When I arrived at 8 a.m. with my vehicle, I was then told that the work would really take three hours, not one and a half. Having been misled once about the time needed for this visit, I accepted a ride home from a courteous and efficient employee, anticipating that the vehicle would still be done by about 11:00. We had scheduled using the vehicle that afternoon for business-related activities. By 1:15, I began calling the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never able to speak an employee in the service department, but rather my repeated calls always defaulted to voice mail. Finally, at about 2:30, I was informed that the vehicle was ready--six and a half hours later, not three as I was told, and surely not the one and a half I was originally told. I requested an immediate pick-up to be taken back to the dealership. I live twenty minutes from the dealership. A bit over an hour later someone finally came for me. By that time of course our planned business activities for the afternoon had been totally disrupted. There are no imaginable circumstances in which we will ever deal with Jeff Belzer Ford again. We will never use the service department. In addition, we had been anticipating purchasing a 2018 or 2019 Ford Explorer after the holidays; Jeff Belzer Ford has lost that sale. More

Told 3 times items needed replacing that were perfectly good I've taken my car there for oil changes because they are generally easy to get into and have a Decent waiting area. However on my last three visits I've taken my car there for oil changes because they are generally easy to get into and have a Decent waiting area. However on my last three visits I was told I needed new front tire rods and they quoted me $1000 for my Buick, Stating they would have to take the whole end apart to change the tire rods. I thought I could hold off till next time I had my oil changed, so next time I went in and told me the price would be $500 for the tire rods. Clearly I was very confused, and I told the service tech that I was previously quoted $1000 and why it would've been so much three months ago. He didn't have an answer for me. At the second visit when I was told my tire rods would be $500, I was also told my shocks were going bad. Feeling like I wasn't getting the entire truth, I went to another local auto repair shop and they showed me exactly what was going on. My tire rods were perfectly fine, however my struts were in need of replacement. I was able to get my shocks replaced for $200 less than Jeff belzers quoted. My most recent oil change I had a coupon for, it was $10 off the price and any oil change. The coupon stated you had to present it at the time of service, which I did. When I picked up my car I was shocked to see that it cost $35 and change. This was more than the full price oil change I received from them a few months prior without the coupon. I'm very disappointed and their tactics to sell unnecessary repairs to their clients. And an effort to maintain clients, offer a coupon but then inflate the base charge. More

Frustrated that a diagnostic fee of $125 was charged to inspect brake system and bearing hub on one rear tire that might of been a warranty repair (bearing) or a out of pocket repair (brakes) Then quoted $250 to clean rusted brake shoe and rotor or $450 to install brake pads and rotors which they recommended. Seemed a little pricy to pull a tire and look at a set of brake pads, but I guess you have to keep the lights on. More
