There is not a rating high enough to rate my sales person Keith Rynda, he told me he could find the Equinox I wanted and it took hundreds of phone calls across 5 states over 2 weeks but he did it. Johnathan was equally as accomodating by honoring the interest rate and dealer rebate I was offered the first day I came in. Keith was great at communicating with me often and proved he appreciated me shopping locally by never giving up. I was skeptical at first they could find what I wanted in my affordability but now would refer anyone to Keith to buy a new vehicle. He really came through and stuck to his word. Thank you! More

We knew what we wanted for a vehicle. Keith presented us with our three options/colors etc. No pressure, very comfortable with taking our time and making our decision. This was wonderful experience. Whenever one buys a car, especially new, they want all the information possible to make a well informed decision. This was the case with this transaction. There are so mny especially new, they want all the information possible to make a well informed decision. This was the case with this transaction. There are so mny choices for each vehicle and it would be so easy to just push a customer through the process and leave the customer wondering if they got verything on the car that they really wanted. In this case, Gerard was always pleasant even after going over some of the same things a couple of times. Again, with so many choices (color, equipment, tires, navigation, etc.) it took me a bit of time to make thse decisions. I never felt rushed and always valued.
